Carbatec's Digital Angle Ruler offers both a way to measure angles with exceptional accuracy, measuring from 0° to 360° in 0.1° increments. 

The digital display can be zeroed at any location giving the user the chance to measure between specific angles. The mechanical lock then prevents further movement once the desired angle is reached.
